The Space:

Brand New Listing!! Welcome to 5 Dare Street — your ideal getaway in Ocean Isle Beach. This spacious canal-front home features 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. Five of the bedrooms offer king beds with ensuite bathrooms, and the sixth bedroom has two queen beds (with PlayStation), providing plenty of space for families or groups.



The home offers multiple outdoor living areas, a private dock for boating or fishing, and a refreshing in-ground pool to enjoy after a day at the beach. Inside, you’ll find bright, open common spaces perfect for gathering, dining, and relaxing together. (The boat featured is not available to rent.)



Located just minutes from the soft sandy shores of Ocean Isle Beach and within easy reach of local amenities like Publix Super Market and the nearby park and concert venue, this home is ideally situated for both convenience and enjoyment. Imagine watching stunning sunsets from your back porch or taking a leisurely boat ride from your own dock.



Whether you're spending the day at the beach, relaxing poolside, or exploring everything Ocean Isle has to offer, this home is the perfect home base for your coastal vacation.



The home is well-stocked for a comfortable stay. We provide linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. There is guaranteed to be at least one beach chair per bedroom. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. If you’re interested in renting a golf cart during your stay, please message us for options and availability. Anyone 16 years or older needs a valid Coastal Recreational Fishing License (CRFL) to fish off the dock. *Regarding boats, this is a 10K pound dock. Typically holds up to about a 26 or 28’ boat.*



Pool Heating Information



Pool heating is available for $100 per night.



The maximum pool temperature is 86°F. Please note that pool heaters are affected by outdoor temperatures. If outside temperatures drop below 55°F, we are unable to activate the heater due to the risk of damage to the equipment and plumbing.



Pool heating is not available from mid-November through March.



If you would like the pool heated for your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival, as it typically takes approximately 12 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature.
