Custom Home With Many Extras with beautiful Ocean Views!

Picture yourself in this beautiful, new for 2014 ocean view beach home. Forever Summer is a custom built 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath gem that is professionally decorated and furnished for your maximum enjoyment. We've tried hard to think of everything you will need to make your next vacation your best. This home features handicap accessibility throughout including an ADA approved shower in one of the bedrooms. Forever Summer also has an extra-large pool with bathroom nearby. Pool can be heated at an extra charge of $100 per day. the home also offers a wood-paneled elevator, very large kitchen, extra large front deck, state of the art electronics, and best of all...easy access to the beach. Forever Summer features hickory flooring on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with beautiful tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. Enjoy fantastic ocean views from the front deck and peaceful wood preserve and inter-coastal views and sunsets from the back. The beautiful kitchen was designed with large gatherings in mind with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment. Two dishwashers keep all the dishes clean and a beverage refrigerator and a separate ice machine helps keep all your drinks cool on hot summer days. Unlimited hot water is always available simultaneously for all six showers (5 inside, 1 outside) from two Rinnai tank less, on demand gas hot water heaters. And, there are no keys to share as there is a key less entry that will be changed to accommodate each new guest.

Great stay in OIB!

Floor plan worked well for our family of 10. Master on top floor with kitchen and living areas was ideal for the grandparents. Easy walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Terrific House at OIB!!!!

We had a lovely stay at this 5-star property. The house was clean, well equipped, ready on time and had terrific oceanfront views from a very spacious front porch. We are planning our return next year.

GREAT vacation home!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at FOREVER SUMMER! The house was great, the weather was great, the beach was great --- we will definitely look into booking another stay at this home when we return to Ocean Isle Beach. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. We would recommend this rental home to everyone.

First time on east side of island.

This was our first stay on the east side of the island. Loved the house. It was beautifully furnished with plenty of room for our family of 14. The grandkids especially enjoyed the larger pool. Thanks for another memorable vacation!

Relaxing and Memorable Thanksgiving Stay!

Forever Summer was the perfect beach house for a family Thanksgiving gathering. The house was spacious with all the kitchen essentials to prepare the perfect Thanksgiving dinner. The house was immaculate with all high end finishes. Dave was very helpful in getting the pool heated for our kids to enjoy in November. I would highly recommend Forever Summer for any seasonal vacation.

Relaxing Week

The property was perfect for our family, spacious and spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed including an ice maker to provide enough ice everyday to pack up the coolers. The top floor was great, especially having the accessibility to the top deck with ocean views. We all enjoyed days at the beach, and the kids loved coming back to the house in the afternoon to swim in the pool. We definitely would come back for another stay in the future!

A great setting for a perfect vacation!

Forever Summer was a beautiful home with every detail thought of. We had plenty of space for an extended family vacation and the amenities were top of the line. The finishing touches were the sound system, double dishwashers, ice machine and drinks fridge! In addition to the beautiful house, we were so close to the beach, but also enjoyed gorgeous views of both the beach and the intracoastal waterway. Check in and out process was so easy and Dave and Amy were very responsive to any questions. Can't wait to go back some day!

FABULOUS vacation home for large family!

My family has lived a life of luxury for the past two summers in Forever Summer. There are several attributes that make this house so special: 1) the large swimming pool with very comfortable outdoor furniture, 2) a dining table that sits 10-12 people - most beach houses will sleep 16 and the dining table seats 8 - we love this table! 3) the bedding is so comfortable - no lumps or bumps, and most important 4) the view - you almost feel ocean front in this beautiful home. Dave & Amy are determined that you'll have the best vacation ever!

Perfect week

We had an incredible week at Ocean Isle! The house is perfect for big families. Loved the porches and the owners thought of every little thing to make our vacation the best ever! It was awesome to meet the owners too - Dave even brought a new grill down to the house while we were there. The old one worked fine for us but he wanted us to have a newer one to use - again great week and we look forward to coming back next summer! The house was well appointed and served our family's needs. We spent a lot of time in the house during our stay because the beach was inaccessible and a lot of the island was shut down. The size and layout of the house provided plenty of room. The swimming pool was a life saver for the kids because we had several days of rainy weather due to hurricane Debby. The owner was helpful in advising on the storm and checked in on us to make sure we were OK. We area looking forward to a return with more typical beach weather.

Great home. Well appointed. Comfy beds and furniture all around!

This home is perfect. Love the layout. Top floor has open floor plan kitchen, dining and den area. Furniture in den is super comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, even an air fryer. The ice machine was pure luxury and a game changer for sure. The bedrooms all have a private bath. They thought of everything. The outdoor shower by the pool is a great idea and so nice to have. The pool is amazing. Clean and we spent a LOT of time here. The walk to beach access is mere steps away and so convenient. Love this home, we will be back!

Awesome Experience

First time at Ocean Isle and staying at Forever Summer made it a great week! Brand new house with all the amenities I was looking for to make a great vacation. Kitchen is spacious with room for plenty of people passing through. We had three families and never felt cramped in anyway. The elevator is the way to go to transport stuff vs lugging up flights of stairs. The decks on 2nd and 3rd levels are huge with plenty of chairs to gather for am coffee and pm drinks!! The pool was great as it broke up just going to the beach as only option. We played music off iphone with speakers ready to go. The house was built for entertainment on a vacation. Went out to sea fishing...the marina is only 10 min away. I highly recommend Forever Summer!

Family Beach Vacation

Our Family Beach Vacation was so much fun. Our family consisted of myself (I'm Memaw), my three daughters, one son in law and my six granddaughters ranging in age from 5 - 13. This custom home was the perfect setting. It was beautifully appointed. The 12 person dining table was a treat so we could all have our meals together. They thought of everything, including an ice machine and wine refrigerator in the wet bar/coffee bar, which also included a Cuisinart traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. The beach was just a short walk making it simple to come and go throughout the day. The older grands loved the ocean and the the littles couldn't get enough of the pool. It's a great size and has a shower and a bathroom poolside. Having coffee with my family on the front porch with a view of the ocean was so relaxing. There is a small home in front on the ocean side, so your view is not obstructed. We also had a once in a lifetime experience witnessing a sea turtle building her next one night while we were searching for crabs. It was amazing. David was very wonderful to work with and the personalized entry is perfect, so there were no glitches when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property.

Incredible Stay

Property was everything we hope for, convenient to beach, more than enough room for our family. The owner Dave’s communications were off the charts and when we had a couple very small issues, he had someone there right way to solve the problem. What a wonderful place to spend a week with the family! The beach was so close, so beautiful and the turtle nests were magnets for the family. Wonderful tide pools for the little ones. If you have children, there is a wonderful park and museum on the island for off-beach moments. The house was comfortable and well appointed - neither too fancy nor vacation shabby. The kitchen was so well equipped our food focused family was delighted. Plenty of covered porches for moments of quiet and/or family fun. The pool simply added to our choices for fun and relaxation. Thank you! As the family ages the 4-to-a-room bedroom spaces are more challenging. But that's for us to manage and not a slight on this comfortable and welcoming house.

OIB Fam vaca 2034

We left with great memories having spent our first fam vacation at OIB. The home was well appointed and comfortable in every way. The location is terrific and any issues were quickly attended to. We would definitely return for stay at Forever Summer!

Fantastic Vacation

This beautiful house checked all the boxes for us. Clean and laid out really well. I'm handicapped and use a rollator. All level except one small step up to enter at elevator street entrance. Pool was larger than most and neatly laid out. All 6 of my grandchildren loved everything about this house!! Best house we have rented so far!! David was so good at answering any questions. We have booked it again for next year!!!

Great house!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! This was the first time we rented a home with a pool and we will never go without one again! :) The living room/kitchen area is especially spacious! The location is perfect with easy beach access and there is a partial ocean view from the huge front deck. There were a few cleanliness issues and one of the televisions was malfunctioning. I contacted the owner and the issues were addressed immediately. Great owner and great house! Highly recommend!
