  • Cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with over 1,000 square feet of comfortable living space, ideally located on the peaceful west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Enjoy distant ocean views from the front and beautiful marsh and Intracoastal Waterway views from the back deck, along with breathtaking sunsets each evening. The beach is just 200 yards away, and the community pool is conveniently located on the property.

    Bring your paddle boards, kayaks, or fishing gear and enjoy easy access to the dock for your favorite coastal adventures.

    This second-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a private balcony, and stunning water views. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, perfect for families or additional guests. Upstairs offers a full bathroom with tub, while the first floor includes a full bathroom with shower.

    The fully equipped kitchen includes a brand new electric stovetop, cookware, utensils, dishes, brand new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, mini Keurig, washer, and dryer. Linens and bath towels are provided, though guests are welcome to bring their own if preferred.

    Additional amenities include wireless internet and a smart TV in the main living room (accessible using your own streaming logins). We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent for your convenience.

    Guests should bring beach towels, beach chairs, and personal toiletries.

Very easy to set up this rental. Beautiful location- with excellent access to beach. Lovely balcony with view. This unit could have been cleaner- furniture was dusty, upstairs shower liner rather filthy, and a couple of dead roaches on floor upstairs. Well appointed kitchen, though. Do not expect any toiletries beyond small wrapped soap. For a unit this close to the beach- it’s a good value.

Second level so lots of stairs, just a heads up for someone who might miss that part. Nice location to the boardwalk, and plenty of parking near your condo. I only rated down due to the cleanliness of the condo at the time we went. (Floors, dishes/silverware, etc) I have already told the owner. It says it can sleep 8 but there were not enough towels for 8 or bowls/plates. No big deal on that but heads up to bring more or disposable for yourselves.
