Enjoy the beautiful Atlantic ocean from this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that is located ocean front on the upper level at Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The deck overlooks the pool and offers great views of the ocean and the pier. Pool opens April 1; closes October 31. Amenities include Wifi, large flatscreenTVs in living room and in each of 3 bedrooms, outside shower, coffee maker, W/D, DW. Beds: 1K, 1Q, 2S, 1DS/S. Guaranteed parking is limited to one space. Park in the space labeled for C3. Unit is located on the second floor of the third building (C) in the 3 building complex.

Ocean Isle Beach is a beautiful white sand family beach in southeastern North Carolina. This sleepy little island is an uncrowded and quieter alternative to bustling coastal communities like Myrtle Beach and Wilmington North Carolina, both just 30 miles away.

Ocean Isle Beach is a place with no traffic lights, honky tonks, or neon lights. Explore the island or the neighboring uninhabited islands by renting a canoe, kayak, bicycle, jet ski, golf cart, or leisure boat. Play golf at over 100 golf courses catering to every level of play and budget. Free tennis courts are close by at the Park where you can enjoy a picnic lunch. On the island you will find great restaurants, provision stores, and island shopping. Connected to the mainland by bridge, Ocean Isle Beach is one of seven Brunswick County beaches that offer a variety of cultural, recreational, and historical opportunities for the adventure-loving traveller.

Beach concerts, miniature golf, children's arcades, go cart tracks and of course having an ice cream after a leisurely day on the beach building that sand castle. Take a few hours to visit light houses, ferry rides, the North Carolina Aquarium, dinner cruises, Fort Fisher, and historic Downtown Wilmington with cobblestone streets, and horse drawn carriages. Visit the Battleship North Carolina and explore its decks to experience what it took to operate this massive fighting ship.

Once again, we had a great week here. Can't beat the view from the balcony and a few short steps to beach. Love the fact that we can arrive with just our clothes and beach towels and be ready to enjoy our vacation. We did encounter a snag with the tv remote in the living room but Becky was on top of it.

This condo was in a great location. Walking distance to the pier and other local restaurants. Condo is clean and tidy. Pool is big enough to get wet and cool off. Our trip was excellent! Becky worked with us when we couldn’t get the lock open on the storage closet, which we eventually were able to. Had a quick, before school starts, beach trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Quick response from the owner and great cleanly condo with a beautiful view! Even my husband who generally hates the beach had a fantastic time!

This condo comes complete with everything you would need for a vacation. Great view of the ocean and comfortable beds. However, I would recommend a replacement for the couch in the living room. The cushions seemed worn out . Despite that we had a wonderful time and it was so relaxing. We enjoyed our days at the beach, the restaurants and mini golf.

We enjoyed the apartment...it was clean , spacious for 5 people, well appointed! We cooked most evenings and had all utensils needed. The view of the ocean was spectacular...sunrise over the ocean was awe- inspiring! We would love to come again. The only drawback for older folks was the 3 flights of stairs ( unloading & loading)!

What's Not to Love?

This was our 2nd time staying at this unit and are already booked for a 3rd trip. We really only needed to bring clothes and beach towels. Nothing better than waking each morning to enjoy view from deck. For part of our week, we had a total of 5 adults/1 infant in unit and we did not feel cramped. The 3 bedrooms gave each some privacy. Any questions I had, Becky was quick to answer.
