Step inside and be greeted by a spacious and inviting den on the ground floor, complete with a queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, and access to a large deck – perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Whether you're enjoying time indoors or stepping outside, you'll love the private salt water pool and outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day on the beach. Fire up the propane grill and host an unforgettable BBQ at the tiki bar, all while soaking up the laid-back coastal vibe.

The second floor is where you'll find the heart of the home – a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy main living area, and a large dining space that seats up to 14 people. The deck off the second floor invites you to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and incredible views.

The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen.

Second Floor-
Room 4: King with Ensuite
Room 5: King with Ensuite

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is only 900 ft away! Just come out the house and take a right onto E Fourth st, then another right onto Charlotte st. From there, it’s a straight shot to the beach!

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorised parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Holidays LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
