One bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV; another has a double and a queen bed with a Smart TV and the third has two twin beds. The dining table seats six. All TVs have Firesticks for guests to Stream with their login information.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, high chair, wet bar, blender, and Wi-Fi, . The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This unit is located on the lower level and is conveniently located less than two blocks from the beach (near Beaufort Street). Scenic view from the covered porch which overlooks a pond.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
