Not very happy with having to pay 55 per car to park which we was unaware of. Access to the washer and dryer was very poor and not easy to get to. We had two bathrooms and was unable to shower at the same time or someone was getting a cold shower. The sofa was horrid. It was missing and was unable set on the sofa. The screen was missing from the slider. Also did not have enough cooking supplies for the family. Needless to say what we payed to stay here with our family was not worth what we got. I will be heading to Myrtle beach next year where we can park for free and get a house for a week at the price we payed for theee days! Not happy!!!

EZ to relax!
We stayed for four nights. There were five adults and four children. A 3-year-old a 4 year old and 8-year-old twins. It was small but we had plenty of room! The apartment was clean and easy to take care of. The beds were comfortable and there were enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. When we were shopping around and looking for a place to stay, we wanted something functional, lived in if you will. Something I wouldn't have to worry about my kids ruining and that's exactly what we got. I didn't want to have to worry about them breaking or damaging expensive furniture. I just wanted to relax.The amenities there were awesome! there's so much to do there. The kids had an awesome time! And it was easy enough for the adults to just sit back and relax. We will definitely be going back.

Good morning, Our stay at Sea Watch was a nightmare. Friday night there were issues with 2 of the 3 bedrooms, live bugs crawling on 3 of the beds. We attempted to call the emergency number provided several times with no answer or voicemail available. At 2:00 am we went down to the security on parking garage. John provided the same number we were already calling. We went back upstairs and removed all of our clothing from the dresser drawers, which showed some a few bugs. We attempted to sleep in the living room but could not get comfortable just being in the unit with bugs. In the am with no response to our email sent, we finally reached Ian (the virtual assistant). We requested to be moved immediately to another unit. Needless to say we waited several hours and finally at 3:00 pm we were moved to a unit on the 19th floor. Half of our “girls weekend” had so ready been ruined. I’m addition the bug situation, the master bedroom has a small rug between the bed and bathroom door. One lady on our group (70 with double knee and hip replacements), got out of bed to go to bathroom, and the rug slipped and she fell on the floor. She banged her left eye and arm in the fall. We tried to get her up but due to the joint issues we were unable to help. Three paramedics from OCFD came and got her up. Since she was not experiencing any pain, there was no need to taken to the hospital. We treated the bruised arm with gauze and bandages. And her swollen eye became black & blue. This was negli

It was okay
We’ve stayed at the Sea Watch several times. This location had all of the amenities we needed for our trip. However, when we arrived our first day there were several things we had concerns with, the master bed was broken, the screen door to the balcony was just propped up and not on the hinges, so when I opened the door, it almost fell on me. The toilet wouldn’t flush. All of this things were quickly remedied the next day by maintenance. I assume this may have happened from previous renters and I’m not sure how the host would necessarily know these concerns because it wouldn’t be something that is likely checked in between guests-so not their fault. We did experience the fruit flies that others mentioned, but they were there prior to us bringing any groceries, so I’m not sure where they’re coming from. The basics such as the toilets, tub and fridge were clean, but I think it needs a good deep clean. There were stains splattered on the furniture and cabinets. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay.

Unit badly needs updating and maintenance
The previous review isn't wrong- this place needs some TLC. The building and amenities are amazing! Close to the beach and the pools were great. That part was amazing. The unit seems larger in the posting but that's pretty typical. The bigger problems are the cleanliness of the unit- stained rugs and very dirty floors. The beds were very uncomfortable- master had springs poking out that literally bruised my hips. Blinds didn't work well and fell off constantly. Couch is propped up on wooden blocks. Black mold growing above the master toilet. To be fair, we didn't message anyone because what were they going to do? Replace mattresses and rip up the bathroom ceiling? The mgmt company is great and responsive, also very nice. We would stay here again if some care was put back into updating this unit. It was a nice, little place and worked well otherwise for us.

We have been staying at the sea watch for years. After this condo experience we probably will sadly not be returning. This condo was not clean when we arrived. One of our 5 children woke up every night with several bites on her. My anxiety has been so high ever sense we left praying I did everything possible to keep the ((bugs)) that bite my daughter from entering my home! After spending over 4,000$ I’m not happy! Instead of a relaxing getaway I had to deal with bug bites nightly, now I can’t rest because I’m still doing daily checks hoping we didn’t miss something and brought this nightmare into our home!

Stay away from this dump!
This unit was filthy, not accurate wording on description of unit! The unit was small, not a stock kitchen. Broken vertical panels on windows, drawers were never cleaned. Broken closet doors, could not utilize the closet, they were jammed with useless stuff. Refrigerator was screwed together, rugs were stained. The bedding was horrible, not enough seating in family room. No one sits on rocking chairs! Laundry room was jammed with chairs and crap. I had to reorganize in order to use the machine. Literally 5 plates and 3-6 pieces of utensils. Mold in the bathroom, 2 bathroom I had to call for maintenance to address a backed up drain on the first day. I would not recommend renting this unit, unless you are a squatter. OC rentals did come for the clogged drain and broken front door lock. However, this unit was expensive to rent and it was a dump!

The place had 1000 fly's, the bathtub was filled to our knees while showering, the blinds were broke, the pocket door is broke, the fridge wasn't very cold, the house was dirty feeling, smelled like marijuana terribly. Sea watch itself was beautiful, this place was very disappointing for the money that we spent.

This was my 1st time using Vrbo. The stay at this SeaWatch Condo was Wonderful, I highly recommend. The Owner was Very Responsive during my 3-months prior to the trip w/various questions, and even when we had a problem w/the dryer, during our stay, they contacted Maintenance right away so we could at least dry our towels. I’ve never had bad weather on a vacation, and we had 1-day of light rain for alittle while. It was nice to have such a nice Condo to stay in and relax for alittle while & have a blender drink; grocery store a few blocks down the street, liquor store across the street. Worked out nice having a TJ Maxx across the street too. This Condo is only an 8 min Uber right to Secrets and a few minutes more to the Boardwalk. Close to Very Good Restaurants too. Did alot of walking home from outings at night, location is in a very safe vicinity. Found a Great Catholic Church down the street, 15 min walk. I Highly Recommend this Sea Watch Condo.

BEST PLACE EVER!!
LOVED this oceanfront condo!! Super clean, very spacious, and amazing building amenities. We enjoyed the large outdoor balcony; the sunrises are the best from here! Plenty to do without even leaving the building, in/outdoor pools, a game room, movie theater, and so many other amenities everyone in our group enjoyed! Bob and the OC Beachfront Rentals team are fantastic, super responsive and helpful! We can't wait to be back next summer, thank you!!
