Take a short stroll over to Northside City Park, a 58-acre community park with baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, and paved walking paths. Or head to one of the nearby dune crossings and enjoy a day of swimming and sunbathing on pristine, sandy beaches, all less than a mile from your front door.

The first guest room has a twin-over-double bunk bed, while the third room has a single bed and an attached full bath with a shower/tub combo as well as a separate shower for disability access. With three bedrooms, this home sleeps up to six guests (five adults) very comfortably.

WiFi is included to let you get online and share updates with friends and family back home, and when the weather isn't cooperating or you just want to relax inside, there's a cable TV with a DVD player and media library in the living room. This rental also comes with a selection of books as well as a number of tabletop games for kids and adults. There's also a pack-n-play and stroller available for the younger guests. This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
