Floors were disgusting in the room and in the hallway. Looked like it needed a good vacuum at all times. Providing a broom for each room would be useful to sweep up the sand since you dont provide housekeeping. The door to our room didnt close properly. You had to push it shut with all your weight which was loud and woke everyone up every time we had to go out of the room. Breakfast was good. There was a big variety and staff was super friendly. The eggs, potatoes, and sausage didnt stay hot tho. There was a microwave available for reheating.

My stay was enjoyable! Only a few things cleanliness wise. The floor still felt diety under my feet, the base of the shelf where the mini fridge is could be cleaned, there were no towels in my room (they said they were short and i did receive them when i went to the front desk after i went to the beach), and there was no shower curtain in my room (when i called down they brought one up). Overall a nic estay, just a few details need to be met before a room is deemed ready for the next guest.

The rooms were not clean properly. The chairs, icemaker, air condition were broken, and in one of the rooms that I reserved there were mold on the ceiling..

The Hotel room floor was not cleaned properly. The shower curtain was ripped on the ends. Room service never showed up to clean and change the towels. We had to go to the check in desk to get towels and washcloths. There were ants in the hotel room. The hair conditioner dispenser was empty. The staff seemed nice but that building is in serious need of renovation.

This hotel was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. It literally felt like a dog hotel that was not appropriate for humans. It was beyond filthy. It seemed like nobody ever cleaned it. Ants were everywhere, stained towels, dusty, and fur EVERYWHERE. Stay away, your better off sleeping outside.

For a place that's pet friendly there was no bad smells and no constant barking if any, hallway carpet needs to be better up keep for stains. Staff was very friendly and helped as quickly as they could. A large area with artificial turf and a poop dispoal station, no poop all over the grounds.

You couldn’t pay me to book here again… My wife and I called the front desk six times in 2 1/2 days… All we wanted was fresh towels and a room refresh… Never got it… Bathroom tub would not drain for hours. Other guests woke us up every night. We were there at 2:30 partying And marijuana smoke was so thick it filled our room… pets Barking down the halls.

The staff were nice and very helpful when needed. They don't have enough staff working there. What's not so nice is the carpet and floors were never vacuumed while we were there. Thermostat didn't work. always 77 degrees in the room which is too hot for 4 people. floors needed mopping. The hallway light in room didn't work. Curtains in the room were moldy. Floor in room had sand because they don't mop it. When they clean the rooms they don't move the furniture and sweep. I don't like that Wyndham wants you to request to have your room cleaned instead of just going ahead and doing it. Thank you.
