Take the elevator to the first floor location where you'll have a peekaboo view of the ocean. Inside, you'll enter into a room that provides various options. Enjoy the brand new Bluetooth TV and day bed to relax as a second living area for the kids or a quiet reading area. It also doubles as your separate sleeping area (two twins or a king). Continue on to the full kitchen with bar seating, spacious living room, an updated bedroom, dining area, and lots of storage. There are new floors throughout, adding a pristine element to the living space.
When you head for the shore, thoughtful extras include several beach chairs and boogie boards, stowed in a ground-floor locker for your use. And in the evening, when it’s time to unwind, you’ll appreciate the central air-conditioning and many entertainment options, including free high-speed WiFi, a DVD player, and three streaming-capable TVs.

THINGS TO KNOW
The twin daybed (with a twin trundle) can be used as two beds or can be combined to make a king-size bed.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
