Friends attended Boardwalk Rock

Location was perfect for this event. We loved the house as well. Owners were so accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Easter Getaway

We stood for a long weekend with family during Easter/Spring break. We had a blast, the house was beautiful & very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay

We rented for a team stay for a tournament which filled every bed but we were all comfortable and it was a very beautiful place. I look forward to take the family back to this spot and as a team would stay there again.

Central location for families!

Great location. It worked really well for our multi generational group to have 5 rooms. We really appreciated the air conditioning and helpful staff upon arrival.

Very comfortable, short distance to the boardwalk

We had visitors in town from Arizona and Vancouver and we did a quick Fall trip to Ocean City. These were wonderful accommodations and housed our party of 8 very comfortably. We were just a block from the boardwalk, making it a tremendously convenient location. There were also restaurants and a CVS across the street. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous house, great views, close to beach and boardwalk. Too Many steps for this couple, I have MS and Hubby has severe Arthritis and a bum Knee other than that it was good..

Work with comforts of home

Property was beautiful..just like pictures..located off main strip for quiet but walking distance to action..boardwalk and in my case right down street from conference center! Host were very attentive! We will return.

Beautiful Townhome

Spent 2 weeks here waiting on our home to be built. Nice home, but we were there for the 2 weeks that they were pile driving on the lot next door. :-( I know it wasn't the homeowners fault but it was a trying 2 weeks and when we reached out about it to the owners we didn't receive a response. Normally, I'd say this is the ideal rental. Great location and a nice home.

Great location and property

Location and size of the property was great. Loved having the garage and the property had everything you need. It was nice that they provided some paper products and shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. There were some areas that could use some deep cleaning but overall it was good. We did have an issue with ants in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms, the ants were so bad in the kitchen that we lost a bunch of food before we realized they were an issue and had to keep all of our snacks refrigerated. We also had issues getting the master bedroom tv to connect to the wifi, everything else would connect except for that one. Overall a good stay.

Beach Property but No Bedding

The property was overall nice, all the bedrooms were on the same floor. However, a major inconvenience was not knowing until 2 days before the stay that bedding and only minimal toiletries/cleaning products would be provided. If bedding is needed, there was an undisclosed up-charge to rent bedding/sheet set from the property. This up charge was disclosed in the instructions for arrival. The comforter that the property did have out on one of the beds was stained, there was rusting on the showers, dust and other stains on the living room area. Personally, I felt like not explicitly staring that bedding was not included in the initial description was false advertising. It was also disappointing to know that the comforter that was there was gross and stained. Im not certain they were even washed prior to my arrival because of the expectation for us to rent or use our own bedding.Although the property layout was nice, the beach and CVS are in walking distance I would not recommend staying here due to concerns for cleanliness and late notice about the bedding issue. That was a major inconvenience as someone who is visiting from out of state as it didn’t allow time for me to pack or set aside money for renting bedding Accordingly. .

One night stay - 6 adults

When we arrived we noticed the listing said no linens are provided for the stay. After reviewing the listing, it was noted that linens are available to rent but it was too late so we ended up having to go to a store down the street to get beach towels to use to shower. We obviously take fault in not realizing linens weren’t automatically provided but also frustrating when you’re paying for a place to stay with a host fee and a cleaning fee and there are not even sheets or pillowcases, hand towels, etc. (of note, you could rent the linens for $20/person). We ended up sleeping on top of the covers, used the blankets that were thankfully provided, and using our clothes as pillows since clearly they don’t do laundry if no linens are provided. Aside from the linen situation, the house wasn’t cleaned very well. There were dead bugs in the corner of the stairs, stains on the beds, dirty shower heads, and mold on the ceilings. On a positive note: The view was great! Direct view of the ocean from the balcony. The house is cute and set up well. It fit the 6 adults comfortably but I don’t think it would be comfortable with any more people. Although more could sleep downstairs in the living room. There were 3 rooms with a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed with a full and twin. Property was easy to access and conveniently has a garage in which the owner was very nice in allowing us to leave our car there after checkout while we got food on the boardwalk. We truly appreciated that

Great Stay

This is a great place to stay. Well appointed and clean. Very conveniently located to the boardwalk and restaurants. This is the second year we’ve stayed here because we liked it so much the first time. Will probably be back again next year.
