Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Lock the doors
Before 10:30AM, put all sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, kitchen towel, and bathmats in linen return bag and place outside by front door.
Clean inside of Refrigerator. Close windows. Close and lock balcony door/slider. Turn off lights and ceiling fans. Remove any streaming apps/accounts you loaded onto TVs. Stow Table Tennis table.
Clean gas grill grate/utensils and hang on hooks. Cover gas grill, securing cover with Velcro straps. Return beach items to 'Beach Storage'. Check 'Beach Storage' and Patio Room' for your belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
