"The property was advertised correctly. The host was always prompt at responding to any questions we had. This was a perfect place for our family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out when in the house. We personally enjoyed the front porch early in the morning, but especially at night after a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the common area was all open, so if you were watching tv you could still hear what was happening in the kitchen or at the table. We are hoping to go again next year and I would definitely try to get this same place. I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option."

"Great stay in a lovely unit, many extras provided which were a huge plus. Very comfortable mattress; great having a pool. Host was responsive. Issue with regulating shower temperature was the only real negative. Unfortunate that it is an issue connected to the condo complex itself and cannot be controlled?"

"We had a great stay for our family beach vacation. Can’t beat the location and short walk to the beach. Storage closet outside was great for all the sandy beach gear each day. House was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Lots for the kids to do in the area too which really helped! Can’t wait to get back to OC soon!"

"Lovely accommodations. Very clean & well stocked& super decor for a small cottage.Brought my own sheets, glad for the bathroom towels that were available.Super to have a washer & dryer.Have asthma, usually from allergies, which in turn caused bronchial spasms. -Do not usually get when there is central air conditioning. Close to beach which was beautiful.So happy to have beach chairs, since I forgot mine. My 5lb. pup was very comfortable & loved socializing with other pups/people on walks.My son came to visit, He reported the pull-out couch was Not very uncomfortable."
