"Everything you would need except a dishwasher. Fortunately it was only me. Otherwise, dishes could be a bit of a hassle with no dish rack/drying area. I still enjoyed the use of it for what I was there to do. Large TV’s in every room and great Wi-Fi. As far as the property manager goes, if you mean the host, he lives across the street and was very helpful. The contact people from the website are absolutely useless if you have a question. I received not one single response."

"This is a great location right by the springs. You can walk if you want. Great friendly diner on the same block. And being Florida, it’s great that they have indoor games if the kids get bored. Huge fenced yard if you need it fire pit and other outside activities. A lot packed into this home. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We stayed during an evacuation from hurricane Milton. It was a little hard to find due to our GPS issue but we were able to navigate on our own. Our first impression was the tranquility of the property. The cottage was very clean & our host had turned on the a/c so it was very comfortable. The property owner came over & made us feel very welcome & we enjoyed meeting his sweet dogs. We were told we had free access to explore the property which is absolutely beautiful. There are goats, pigs, chickens, and ducks on the property and they are all very friendly. The host was great and super accomodating. "Enjoyed the Village’s and loved the area we stayed in. Very nice pool, friendly neighborhood, everything was so convenient to get to. This property needs an update badley…carpet needs to go, it was dirty and stained. Most of the furniture needs to be replaced…couch, loveseat, and primary bedroom furniture was very nice."
