Great place, near Disneyland, with transportation, secure and clean.

Lovely big room and we were on 33rd floor so had a lovely view, comfortable beds and good size bathroom. Great location in miracle mile shopping centre. Only downside is hidden costs after hotel is booked and on check in so not as cheap as originally thought. Also no means of making a coffee in rooms which I would have thought would have been a basic for every room. Self parking is also a way away from lobby so need to trek suitcases all along shopping centre. If you can afford to do so, valet parking is probably the way ro go. However, that aside the central location and size of rooms were great.

We stayed in a two room suite which for our party, was great. The room has only one bathroom but there is a second sink outside the bathroom too which makes having several people more manageable. The room was clean but fairly dated. The castle theming was cute and an easy walk to Disneyland. Also walkable to shops and restaurants but walking those directions felt a little dicey even at 6am with the people experiencing homelessness on sidewalks. Overall we had a good stay though the jury is still out for us if we will stay on the east side (instead of west side) of the park in the future. My only actual complaint? The tvs in the room do not have Bravo!!!!
