FLOOR 0: ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY   

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM & TERRACE 

They are open-plan, with good natural light and direct access to the terrace. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hob, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler and a bench with two chairs.

The living area has a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue, two armchairs, a TV, air conditioning, a fireplace and a dining table with 8 chairs.

Terrace: Equipped with outdoor furniture, it has a private pool, 4 sun loungers, an extendable dining area with 8 seats and an outdoor shower. 
 
BEDROOMS & BATHROOM 

Bedroom 1: With a double bed, this room has a built-in closet, air conditioning and an armchair. Sheets and towels included. The room has direct access to the terrace.

Bathroom: With bath, bidet, toilet and washbasin with storage and mirror.

FLOOR 1:

Suite 2: With a private bathroom and a balcony shared between the 3 bedrooms. It has a double bed, built-in closet and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin with storage and mirror. Sheets and towels included.   

Bedroom 3: Very bright, with access to the balcony shared between the 3 bedrooms. It has a double bed, built-in closet and air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: It has two single beds, a built-in closet and air conditioning. It also has access to the balcony shared between the 3 bedrooms.
