"Clean, comfortable, convenient. Air-conditioning! Nice breakfast. No hot water upon arrival. Front desk person had to convince maintenance person there was really a problem. There were several of us at the desk reporting the issue. The first suggestion was trying running the water for 10 minutes. I stated that I already done that. Technician agreed to come out. We were told to check for hot water in a couple hours. Other customer asked to be notified when fixed and front desk said they would not be able to do that. We were offered snack bar item as compensation. Thank goodness the hot water came back on as I had not been able to shower in days and had 12 hour flight and commute to get home in the morning. Also suggest providing charging outlets on both sides of the bed. Thanks."

"The climate control was out of commission in my room. I tried to get a room where you could open the window that was not possible. I tried to call down to the desk. They didn’t answer until late at night that have only one restaurant and a huge number of people they used to be at least one of the large one and there’s nothing else close where we can eat so it was not a great stay"

"Amazing breakfast, worth paying extra breakfast fee to the stay. Menu were the same throughout 4days but many fresh veges/fruit with salmon, sausage etc and satisfied. Free water in the lobby but coffee was not free. Room had kettle and fridge. The desk was not wiped but other furnitures were clean. Gym was nice and opens 24hr. It was about 7min walking distance from train station. Would recommend this hotel."
