The main reason we booked this location was due to the fact that it advertised that it had air conditioning. Our room did not have air conditioning and we were very uncomfortable the entire night

Wie wird es erleben haben...

Ort vom Hotel, perfekt! Mitten im Städtli, zwar neben der Kirche, die Glocken stören uns nicht. Der Fotograf hat volle Arbeit gemacht, Super Bilder sind auf der Homepage und an ein paar Orte im Hotel auf grosse Bildschirme zu sehen. Anhand der Bildergalerie macht man sich gewisse Vorstellungen, die uns leider enttäuscht haben. Den negativen Rezensionen muss ich voll zustimmen! Der pool, möchte man darin schwimmen, mir 4 Personen voll! Dampfsauna ausser Betrieb, infrarot Sauna ging z.T. nur eine Hälfte. Nicht einmal relax Musik war zu hören. Der Aufzug, sehr klein und sehr langsam. Nicht alle von Personal warten freundlich, sogar der grosse Chef in floor begegnet und nicht einmal grüsst, ist ein no go! Das junge Reinigungs-Personal und die Kellnerinnen waren hingehen sehr freundlich.

Wir kommen wieder

Schon beim Check-In haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer lag ruhig in den Garten gelegen. Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Zentrum, man erreicht alles Fussläufig.

Gut ist es im Hirsch

Der Grund war die Viehscheid die hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das morgendliche Schwimmen im ab 7 Uhr geöffnet Hallenbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel

Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, zum Beispiel Spiegeleier, frisch gepresster O-Saft, frisches Obst, diverse Kaffee und Teesorten, Käse, Wurst, Fisch usw. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Saunen und Liegewiese ist super. Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen.

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum

Unser Zimmer war ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem ganz hübsch. Leider war die Lage direkt gegenüber dem Kirchturm und aufgrund dessen sehr laut. Hallenbad schön, Liegewiese schön. Frühstück sehr gut. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Einen Besuch wert

Tolle Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar! Mitarbeiter sehr nett, trotz langer Präsenszeiten. Frühstück gut, tolle Brezen und frischer Orangensaft zum selber machen. Zimmer mit Balkon und begehbarer Schrank, Bad leider eher klein. Preis/Leistung Zimmer/ Hallenpension stimmt. Wellnessbereich eher übersichtlich, aber für ein Wochenende unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück

Ein tolles sehr zentral gelegenes Hotelzimmer. Saubere und wirklich sehr geräumige Zimmer, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Reichhaltig leckeres Frühstück mit zu jeder Zeit frischen regionalen Zutaten. Beim Frühstück stets aufmerksames Personal das sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht ist. Sehr gemütlicher kleiner Wellnessbeteich mit Fitnessangebot. Wir kommen im Frühjahr auf jeden Fall gerne wieder

Nice hotel; nice town.

Very nice place to stay but I wouldn't recommend Oberstaufen from late November through mid-December because this is when most shops and restaurants are closed as they prepare for their peak season. This was disappointing to us about the town. The hotel was beautiful and very conveniently located to train station; easy to get around. The spa was nice BUT the pool and hot whirlpool are not hot; they were cold. Best part of the stay was the St Nicklaus/Krampus tradition from Dec 4-6, which was fun to witness.

Für mich ist dieser Ort ein Ruhe-Pool mit positiver Energie,erholsam und bei Wunsch auch kontaktfreudig sei es vom Ambiente des Hotels oder den verschiedenen Lokalitäten.

Nicht perfekt

Bei der Ankunft geht der Aufzug nicht, Tresor im Zimmer funktioniert nicht, um 18 Uhr sind alle Saunahandtücher vergriffen, bei nur sieben Ruheliegen im Wellnessbereich kommt es oft zu Engpässen. Sonst war das Hotel ok, das Personal freundlich, aber für den Zimmerpreis erwarte ich etwas mehr Perfektion.

Oberstaufen

Det var vanskelig med sevice i Oberstaufen, siden så få menesker snakker engelsk, så ta med litt tyske kunnskap. Det var ikke noe kaffe på rommet, og litt røyke forurensning fra andre balkonger var litt plagsomt. Jeg står tidlig oppe, og så var kirken ikke plagsomt for meg, men hvis ikke man vil høre på klokkene, er det kanskje best å bo på en hotell ved parken. Men disse var jo luksus problemer, og oppholdet var egentlig fantastisk. Denne liten by har overraskende mye å gi, og taxi turer i området er billig nok til å gi man muligheten å besøke flere steder, uten å bryr seg om bil. Vi tok toget fra Munchen til Immenstad, og bus derfra. Etter oppholdet tok vi de 4 toger til Zurich. Dette høres ut som det kan har vært litt mas, men neida. Begge reisene var så veldig lett, bra organisert, og informert, og ikke minst vakkert. Jeg vil tilbake til Oberstaufen :)

Keine Klimaregulierung und kein Balkon vorhanden wie in Buchungsbestätigung angegeben war. Es waren sogar noch Spinnweben an der Decke. Es hatte den Anschein als sei es ein Zimmer für zweitklassige Gäste. Frühstück war gut und Personal freundlich. Preis für die Gegend OK aber vom Hotel hätte ich mir mehr erwartet.
