We stumbled on this hotel because Cleveland was booked. It was well worth a short drive. Great hotel on a nice university campus. Very nice, quiet, and we found a nice cafe with an outstanding breakfast. Highly recommend.

If you are attending any event at Oberlin College and Conservatory, this hotel is so conveniently located right in the middle of the campus. It is always VERY clean, the rooms are spacious and and the staff is friendly.

The stay was dang near perfect. I think it is a huge miss for the hotel bar attached to 1833 not to stay open until 11pm or at least 10:30pm when there is anything on at the theater next door, it would make for a refined more perfect experience after a production.

Immaculate and interesting/quirky hotel. Rooms were great and restaurant had a terrific menu. Service was spot on from check in to check out. Also, Oberlin college admissions office is connected via the lobby so it is the spot to stay if you are visiting.
