The staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which was definitely a positive part of our stay. However, I was expecting more based on the reviews I had read, particularly the comments about the cleanliness of the facility. The hotel felt somewhat outdated and had an old, musty smell throughout. Our room was clean overall, but there were noticeable stains on the carpet, and the shower had a mildew smell. While the staff provided excellent service, the condition and overall freshness of the hotel did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel considers updating the property and addressing these cleanliness concerns, as the staff truly made an effort to provide good customer service.

Honestly I gave it 5 stars bc of the staff, my trip was delayed I ended up getting there past midnight I had called and the staff member was so nice and helpful told me not to worry and give her a call and the shuttle will go pick me up…. All the staff super nice and the cleaning ladies too! The room I was neat and tidy but I did find left over thc e cig and a balm by the night stand behind it…. No biggie but need to be careful if there were children So close to everything!!! Location was superb…. The pool and whirlpool was a nice bonus

The room was clean with plenty of plugs. The beds were good and the shower was outstanding. A special note was the hotel’s Breakfast. My wife and I travel often and except for Germany and The Nederlands this was the best breakfast ever! We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff at check-in was fantastic. Alot of their systems were down and she just carried on smoothly. The room was very nice. They have a refrigerator, a nice TV, AC. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of food. Check out is at noon, which allowed us to sleep in and not rush.

Stayed here on short notice for baseball tournament. Fairly new renovations to common areas and rooms. Shower was hot, had good pressure and room was clean. The other entrances were propped open with a rock so I removed it since that's a security issue that should have sensors on the doors to alert staff.
