Lovely one night stay here, nice room with comfortable bed. Fantastic view from the balcony, and a lovely breakfast next morning. Nice welcoming and friendly staff. Definitely stay again.

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast.
Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient. We were booked into a "Standard Double Room, 1 Double Bed" and our room was very spacious and clean. We had a small balcony with a table and two chairs. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a large bread basket with plenty of selection, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit jams from the region as well as a traditional meats and cheese selection you would expect for a German breakfast. Additionally there were a few different types of cereals and yoghurts. Dinner in the restaurant was extremely nice but at a price point slightly higher than in the town, however I would definitely recommend it. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the main town centre and train station, but is in a very quiet location. The area is fantastic for hiking routes. For a nice full day of hiking I would recommend asking at the desk for the walking booklet and following the trails towards Durbach.

A cherry on Black Forest cake
This is a great hotel with excellent restaurant. Almost don’t want to review it so it remains special place to visit. But it really is good

Hotel Located in a Picturesque Town
Very nice hotel located in a picturesque town in the Black Forest. Room is nicely decorated, clean, good sized, and has a balcony with view. Host is friendly and you can feel they put effort in running this hotel.

Very nice hotel with helpful people
Very nice and welcoming Hotel with very good food and excellent wine. Conveniently located (only 5-10 min drive from the autobahn) in a very nice region. The micro location is in an residential neighbourhood.

Nice environment, good when traveling with car
The hotel has no elevator but nice surrounding. View from restaurant is beautiful. The lady who work in the restaurant has provided very good service.

A very nice hotel in a picturesque town.
Great spot with a view of the local mountain. Lovely clean hotel with good comfortable amenities and very good service. Excellent breakfast.

Unexpected pleasant experience
Superb. Afrer arriving at Frankfurt Airport, I decided to stay at this hotel, which is located near Strasbourg. Our Room was not that spacious for three adults but clean and has wonderful view. This hotel itself is not that big one but we loved its atmosphere and bear. Breakfast was also good and fresh. Definately I will come back here next time I have a chance to take a trip around Swarzwald.

Beautiful Mountain View
Hotel is located in quite town of Oberkirch. Winding roads and hills all around with nearby mountains make it great getaway. The hotel staff are friendly and speak english if you like. We were able to get one room for all five of our family for a reasonable price which is hard to do in Europe. Excellent full breakfast in the morning. We ate in the evening as well and they have a great menu. Day we left, we drove up to the castle ruins that we could see from our balcony view.

Nice family room
Nice family room with one large space that includes a double bed and a sofa bed and a small room with two single rooms. On the night of arrival the hot water did not work, but it was fixed early morning so we were able to take showers before the day. Please note that they not have one family room - the description in hotels.com is misleading.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und alles hat gut funktioniert, angenehm sind vermutlich die Doppelzimmer, meine beiden EZ waren sehr beengt.

Prima hotel voor 1 of meerdere nachten
Leuk hotel voor 1 of meerdere nachten. Wij hadden een familiekamer en dat betekende dat 2 banken omgezet waren naar bedden. Deze banken waren wel erg hard. De ruimte in de kamer was prima evenals de badkamer. Helaas was er geen airco wat met deze warme dagen (32-35°C) eigenlijk wel nodig is. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de receptioniste gaf ons nog vrijkaartjes voor het gemeente zwembad welke ca 15 minuten lopen is. Al met al een prima verblijf in een 3 sterren hotel.

Idéal pour les randonnées.
Hôtel avec une belle vue dégagée sur la forêt noire, le - : notre chambre donnait sur la terrasse du restaurant qui était assez bruyante... Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Le gros + : beaucoup de départ de randonnées au pied de l'hôtel.

Essen war sehr gut.Das Zimmer eine Mogelpackung. Man kann Srandard older Komfortzimmer unchanged am Bild ist das Superior Zimmer. Ich habe comfort gebucht unchanged ein Zimmer bekommen, dass keine freie Sicht gehabt haette und die Gaeste vor meine Zimmerfenster vorbeigehen.Also habe ich draufzahlen muessen,um das Zimmer welches am Bild ist zu erhalten..eine Mogelpackung

Hallo Gabriela, Sie haben sich ja auch schon an der Rezeption beschwert das Sie das Zimmer auf dem Foto möchten. Dieses Zimmer war eins von unseren schönen Superior Zimmern. Diese Zimmer sind natürlich teurer als die Komfort Zimmer.

Charmant hôtel, et personnel aux petits soins. Très propre.Belle vue, belle terrasse décorée avec goût, chambre spacieuse et confortable avec petite terrasse (nous étions 8!), le seul bémol était qu’il n’y avait pas de clim et par ces chaleurs c’eut Été appréciable . Cela dit nous avons bien dormi, literie de qualité.nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ruime kamer maar iets te warm.
Familiekamer geboekt voor 1 nacht op doorreis. Temperatuur in de kamer was vrij hoog. (+- 28 graden volgens babyfoon) Niet zo aangenaam om in te slapen. Personeel was vriendelijk en ontbijt voldoende uitgebreid. Genoeg parking aan hotel en in de buurt.
