"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "This is a great facility on beautiful grounds, right off the lake. The staff was super friendly and helpfull, especially for dinner, despite us not having a reservation, having just arrived. Breakfast buffet is excellent.
Downside is that the rooms and beds are small (we are tall) and mattresses and pillows are not the best quality."

"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Switzerland. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set it apart, though, were the views. Every morning in the living room felt like a dream-calm, quiet, and surrounded by breathtaking panoramic mountain scenery.Honestly, the photos didn't fully capture just how stunning and peaceful the setting is. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot-it was gorgeous at every time of day. It made it hard to leave for our daily adventures, but also gave us something to look forward to coming home to each evening.Denka, our host, was lovely-very kind and responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything.You can tell this is a space that's been thoughtfully cared for.Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene getaway with unforgettable views. "The views were absolutely stunning. The hosts were very sweet and welcomed us to show us around and give us the keys. They were very responsive and gave ideas for things to do. We happened to be there for Switzerland’s Independence Day. The fireworks were awesome"
"Overall the house was great. It was clean and the view was gorgeous. The reason we did not give 5 stars is because we were told to only take 5 min showers to ensure we had enough hot water. The kitchen was really too small for us to cook in as only one person can be on at a time. In addition, we were in a very large car and did not understand from any of the information given what the drives on the road to and from the house would be like."
