large very bright living room with dining room and sofa bed (2 sleeps), (2 double beds 4 beds) small kitchen with small oven and 2 induction hot plates, dishwasher, large bedroom with double bed, (2 sleeps) 2 rooms with bunk beds (sleeps 4). So with couch up to 12 beds! Please take care! 2 beds on the couch, which are absolutely suitable for a few days as a place to sleep.
WC and shower separated. Everything but in a small bathroom.
Shower lockable extra room. Everything in the apartment, separate private entrance.
Small terrace with barbecue
 
In rural location 15 - 20 car minutes away from 73575 SchwĂ€bisch GmĂŒnd and about 20 car minutes away from Aalen
Fully furnished everything is there what a guest needs to stay or for a few nights.
Apartment must be vacated on the day of departure until 12. 00 clock.

The property was exactly as advertised. A very cute apartment that was absolutely spotless! There is a small playground about a block away for kids. About 2.5 km away, there is a bigger town with restaurants and a grocery store. We loved the location because it is almost exactly 1 hour drive from both Stuttgart and Rothenburg, both places we were visiting on our vacation. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A great experience!

- Die einzige Toilette ist hinter dem Haupt-Schlafzimmer angeordnet. Wer nachts auf Toilette muss, muss durch dieses Schlafzimmer gehen. Die Toilette hat keine EntlĂŒftung. - GesprĂ€che im Außenbereich (normale Sprechstimme) stören unmittelbar die Nachbarn der eng bebauten Wohnsiedlung. Daher ist das Sprechen im Außenbereich ab 22:00h untersagt, wer sich unterhalten möchte muss reingehen. - Die Zustellbetten im Wohnzimmer bestehen z.T. aus Liegen, bei denen es von unten kalt wird wenn man darauf schlĂ€ft. Diese drei Punkte sind in der Objektbeschreibung nicht beschrieben. FĂŒr Monteure, ein PĂ€rchen oder eine Familie evtl. ok, fĂŒr eine Gruppe Kurzurlauber schwierig. Wir hatten drei NĂ€chte gebucht, sind nach der ersten Übernachtung gleich wieder abgereist, haben dennoch alle drei NĂ€chte bezahlt. Der Vermieter hat bei Anreise die Daten der GĂ€ste nicht erfasst, aber nach der verfrĂŒhten Abreise bei fewo-direkt eine angebliche Überbelegung bemĂ€ngelt. TatsĂ€chlich waren weniger Personen als angemeldet in der Wohnung. Insgesamt keine Empfehlung von uns.

Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwÀhnt, die Dusche okay aber das WC ,1 zu wenig und es sollte zentral sein. An der Beleuchtung sollten noch VerÀnderung vorgenommen werden da zum Beispiel die zwei kleinen Zimmer obwohl ein Serienschalter verbaut wurde gleichzeitig leuchten,sonst alles okay. Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. UngĂŒnstig war fĂŒr uns nur etwas die Lage des Badezimmers, weil dieses nur durch ein Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist. Die Sauberkeit und der Kontakt waren sehr gut!
