"We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "

"Vi blev mødt af værten så snart vi stod ud af bilen, og blev guidet til den rigtige parkering. Hun viste os op til værelset som virker meget nyt. Super flink vært som gerne lige får en snik for en snak. Super fin lille ferielejlighed til et stop på vejen på ferie. Der manglede lige at der var svinget en støvekost for spindelvæv. De er i gang med at renovere bygningen, men vi var helt uforstyrrede. Super hyggelig lille by at gå tur i også. Så fin oplevelse😊"

"Short spontaneous booking/stay. The place is a bit older, but nice and clean and the owner are kind and not so strict with check-out/breakfast/etc. Spontaner kurzer Aufenthalt. Die Gaststätte ist bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber auch seinen alten Charme bewahrt, mir gefiel es sehr. Alles war sauber und das Nötigeste vorhanden was es braucht. Sehr nette Wirte/Besitzer, die auch bisserl flexibel mit den Frühstücks- und Check-Out-Zeiten waren. Gerne wieder mal."

"Some employees were quite helpful. Others, like one at the reception told me “we do not provide that service” when i requested a fan in my room. He refused to take it to my room and instead pointed at a fan and said you can take that one. There is no A/C in any of the rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re in 36 C heat with humidity. Fotos der Zimmer angesehen. ich habe bislang immer gute Erfahrungen mit Dormero Hotels gemacht, übernachte seit 30 Jahren rund 20 mal pro Jahr in Hotels. Aber nie wieder im Dormero Schwäbisch-Hall.
