"The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes. "The room was very small but, quiet. The TV reception was touch and go. Even with the ongoing construction, the lobby, restaurant, and room were clean. The staff was very attentive and courteous. It’s location across from the train station was extremely convenient."

"Location of the property is very good as it is close to subway and there are a good amount of good restaurants around. Unfortunately the good ends there. This hotel has adopted a person-less check-in and if something goes wrong with your check in then a bot will help. Difficult to get a real person answering your message. Room was quite dirty on check-in. Floor was dusty. Stains on bedsheets . There were things left behind by the previous guests. We even found a pair of earrings left. The decor of the room We asked that the room be cleaned a few days later but they said it was not possible as the hotel was full. You will need to go to a place to get stuff that you would need. Think toilet paper, towels etc. it just so happened that they ran out of supplies and wasn’t replaced until the next morning. Felt like the hotel was a youth hostel but the price didn’t fit that. This was my first time staying at a Numa hotel and it will likely be the last."

"No concierge or early bag check - just a door with a code. A pain if you arrive any earlier than 3pm. Room was mostly clean and comfortable, but had some boogers on the wall… eugh. No real extra amenities except a bed and a shower and toilet. Otherwise totally acceptable and in a great area and affordable; you get what you pay for. Would recommend it if you just need a spot near that part of town to crash at. They did give me 30m of extra check out time for free so that was nice"
