"The room was just the right size for the price. However, there is no air conditioning. So, we had to keep the window open, which brought the many bugs in. Outside of the Summer months, this would not be a problem. Worst of all, the sink drain was broken, and evidently not recently. This is unacceptable for any season. "

"This hotel is so great! And Friedl who runs the hotel is a very friendly person, and very helpful with ideas on things to do in the area! The food was very good, me and my partner are vegetarian and they made special food for us. The room was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful balcony that overlooked the mountains. "We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."
