"The front desk was poorly staffed, it took forever to check in both times and we never got the view we requested when we made the reservation, which was city view. The restaurant food was terrible, STAY AWAY from that restaurant!"

"The only good thing about this is the location is in the central area. However, uber in Buenos Aires is cheap it is not helpful. The central area is loud. Room is below avarage for the price. They tries to charge you for everything. I tested the breakfast, it was good but for $15.Tried to check in earlier a couple of hours and they charged me a whole day. I tried to work things out but no help. I tried to ask them questions and if they refund for earlier check out, they answer 2 days later, when I almost check out saying I need to let them know the change 48hour in advance. Thats the same as saying No. Do not recommend"

"Very nice hotel, excellent location, great staff. Our flight back home was delayed for 48 hours, and Guadalupe and Kevin from the hotel Front Desk were of great help in sorting out this problem. The hotel has a very nice restaurant. Our waiter, Sara provided great service "

"Hotel is located in a central area, close to restaurants and pedestrian shopping mall. Room was clean, had all necessary amenities for short stay. Common areas are well maintained. Breakfast area is very pretty and breakfast quality is good ( provided it’s included in the rate nature). There is wonderful steak house downstairs in the same building ( butt separate from the hotel, not part of Principado. Would highly recommend for dinner). Overall, for short stay ( like pre-cruise, as in our case) I would not hesitate to stay here again."
