474 is a very friendly & polite at reception great service, the bed not so comfortable you could feel the spring in the mattress. The room was clean & well presented. Soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work properly. Breakfast was good good selection of food. I would stay there again 😉😄

Good start in Buenos Aires.

The hotel is very well located, close to Corrientes and Florida. We found nice restaurants in the area with authentic Argentinian food. The stop for one of the Hop on Hop off companies is located three blocks away. The hotel personnel could not be more courteous. The breakfast is quite nice. A very satisfying experience!!!

Great Hotel in the city of Buenos Aires.

This was our first trip to Buenos Aires. Went in 2 days prior to cruising. I read many reviews of all area hotels and decided on this one. They offered breakfast as an add on, which we took, and it was pretty tasty. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. It was in the city center. Walking distance to many things, and the friendliest most help staff ever. The front desk arrange an excursion for us, gave us detailed directions to walk 3 blocks to the hop on hop off bus tour, arrange our taxi to take us on the 8 minute drive to the cruise port oh and arranged our pick-up from the airport also…what a gem of a hotel, clean, in a good spot, and friendly staff. A trifecta!!! Would definitely stay here again and also recommend to anyone going to Buenos Aires.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Good location. Easy to walk to many spots around the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks for finding my item caught up in the towels going to the laundry. The rooms are large but, are a bit worn. Surprised as it says it was renovated a year ago, room had a badly cracked sink, the toilet was difficult to flush and the walls were banged up in spots. Rooms aren't soundproof from the hallway. Asked to use the pool and found out it is a couple of blocks away at an another location. Breakfast was nice, good pastries and fresh fruit. Heads up, any espresso coffee made with the espresso machine in the breakfast room are an additional cost. I was unaware of the price and ended up with a bill at checkout. Had a conversation with the manager and after a fair bit of back and forth the charge was waived which was appreciated. I wouldn't stay again as I was at two other hotels during my three week stay in Buenos Aires that were better overall from my experience.
