"We had a very good time at Urbit. Cant beat the location. Literally endless food and drink options in every direction. Whether you're looking for trendy or casual. Really good coffee bars in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast service on the rooftop is a perfect way to start your morning. Staff are very efficient and helpful. You might need a little more Spanish with them. But they were great all the way through. We had a king suite and it was awesome."

"Room wasn't that clean and had small roaches, I've informes them immediately about it and the next day they've sent someone to do a deep cleaning but the situation with roaches in bathroom remain the same. Hotel need some maintanance and staff at front desk wasn't that friendly and didn't even ask if I would like and upgrade."

"This hotel is trash compared to standards of other hotels, even in Medellin. First, the hot water didn’t work 2 days out of 4. There were roaches and you can see them as you sleep. Lastly, the wifi didn’t work in the room that i was provided (509, then 508) because they have one wifi router for the entire hotel and it doesn’t cover every room. I went upstairs to the terrace to get wifi and do some work, and they tried to call the police saying that this is not allowed. One of the ladies at the reception, the very overweight one, has such a nasty attitude. I asked to speak to the manager all 4 days and no one got back to me. So if you want a trashy experience that is literally a hazard, good luck at this dump"
