The staff is amazing. Everyone on staff who we encountered on this trip was very nice, helpful, cheerful. The hotel is cute. The rooms are very spacious, nice and clean. It’s a little farther walk from Centro but not a bad walk at all.

The staff was great upon my arrival. Everyone was very pleasant and willing to assist to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was fresh and on my last due to my early flight the staff made breakfast to go for. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Oaxaca. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The property is beautiful, with a charming atmosphere that reflects the character of Oaxaca. Our room was thoughtfully designed and the perfect size for a comfortable stay. The staff truly stood out, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to provide recommendations and answer any questions. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. There’s lots of great little boutique hotels in Centro, but NaNa Vida is an excellent option. In addition to spoiling you at check in and check out with thoughtful gifts, the staff are friendly, breakfast is good, and it’s quiet. They have an iron and ironing board in the room, a blow dryer a coffee maker, lots of bottled water - little things that make a big difference. One thing to prepare for, the birds will wake you up at 6am! Lovely stay! Muchisimas gracias!

The staff was great, so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, great connections to area restaurants and attractions. Their coffees are the best! However the rooms could be cleaner--a lot cleaner. The rooms are small with very little natural light coming in, and the sink was located outside the bathroom. Find a more dedicated cleaning staff and you'll be a 5-star hotel.
