Enjoy easy access to this accommodation, which is very well located and features its own garage with an electric gate. It is a new, practical, compact, and private place to stay, complete with the amenities of AC, a fan, and a TV. It’s located one block from the famous El Llano Park and the ADO bus station, offering immediate access to the road leading to Oaxaca’s tourist attractions, and the area allows for easy walking access to restaurants and shops.

IMPORTANT: The apartment is on a street with heavy traffic; if you are very sensitive to noise, this is not a suitable option.

The apartment and the garage are for the guest’s exclusive use.
NOTE: The actual address of the house is Pino Suárez #901; however, the apartment’s entrance is on Margarita Maza Street, and it is marked #601 on the map. Since if you arrive via Pino Suárez Street, you’ll have to turn around to access it again from Margarita Maza Street, we suggest searching for that address to get there directly.

We’ll always be available through the app, by phone, or on WhatsApp, and you can occasionally ask our staff in the area for assistance.

REGARDING NOISE:
This apartment is located in an area with heavy traffic, and the historic centre of Oaxaca is a multicultural place, full of traditions and delicious food; an essential part of our customs includes folklore and music, which can often cause unexpected noise during celebrations. Additionally, some neighbors have dogs as guard animals and some farm animals, such as cockerels.

The exterior curtain helps dampen noise; however, we understand that this may still disturb your sleep. With this in mind, we’ve made sure to include earplugs in the first-aid kit for you to use if needed.


SECURITY:
Our properties have a night security guard who can assist our guests with whatever they need. If a neighbour is being too noisy, you can message us, and we’ll send the security guard right away to ensure the rules are followed.


Guest Rules

I. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE RULES
These guest rules will be in effect from May 2025 through May 2026. By making a reservation, the guest expressly and tacitly acknowledges that they accept and are fully aware of these rules, and that they agree to and comply with all the provisions set forth herein; it is the guest’s obligation to read these rules and act in accordance with them.

II. PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATIONS
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of at least 20% of the total amount for accommodation, including taxes. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay; if the remaining balance is not received, the reservation will be immediately cancelled, thereby releasing AALOJAT from any liability to the guest, The minimum 20% required as a deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after the dates specified in the policies.

III. CHECK-IN
Check-in time for the room is from 3:00 p.m. onward, and check-out time must be no later than 11:00 a.m. Management reserves the right to grant an early check-in if the property is available earlier, as well as to grant a late check-out if availability exists for the desired date; however, there is no obligation to grant these benefits even if the guest requests them.

IV. CARE OF THE PROPERTY
We recommend that you review the room inventory upon arrival, since, at checkout, it will be inspected, and in the event of any missing items or damage, the guest will be responsible for covering the costs, which will be charged in Mexican pesos to replace the item or repair the damage.

V. USE OF UTILITIES
The utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.) provided by the owners must be used in good faith; the price does not include wasteful or excessive use of these services, helping us keep rates affordable and protect the environment; upon leaving the room, all guests are required to close the windows, front doors, and water valves, and to turn off lights and air conditioners.

VI. PROPERTY CLEANING
The company’s properties offer different included services, as well as amenities, locations, and designs. Not all properties include cleaning services; however, you can confirm whether or not this applies to your stay in the manual sent to you for check-in. In that document, you can see whether you are entitled to daily cleaning or if you must pay a fee. If cleaning is included, you must request it in advance, and it will be performed between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. at the latest. Guests may opt for daily cleaning or accept the hosts’ suggestion. We recommend making the request well in advance, as it is subject to availability. Guests who do not make their rooms available during these hours will not receive cleaning services. Linens, such as towels and bed sheets, will be replaced after a 7-day stay, at which time the room will also be cleaned. If you require them before this date, there will be an additional charge. Stains on sheets that can be easily removed will incur an additional charge of MXN $50.00 per item. (Face towels are excluded.) Linen items with stains that cannot be removed (such as hair dye, paint, rust, sauce, permanent markers, etc.) will be charged at the cost of a new item in Mexican pesos; we will inform you of the amount if this occurs. (See the attached table).

VII. SECURITY MEASURES WITHIN THE ROOM
Any item or cash valued at more than $ $250.00 must be reported to management before the start of the stay so that its existence can be verified and a record made that it will be in the room. Guests must store their valuables in the safety deposit boxes located on the premises. Management is not responsible for any loss or misplacement of items or cash left in the rooms or in the public areas of the properties that have not been registered.

VIII. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS
Items or valuables left behind by a guest at any of our properties’ facilities will be held by management for up to fifteen days; after this period, they will be disposed of as lost property. If the guest wishes to retrieve them, shipping costs will be the guest’s responsibility, and the guest agrees to pay an additional 25% to cover the time spent by our employees on this extra task.

IX. QUIET AND RESPECT FOR OTHER GUESTS AND HOTEL STAFF
Starting at 9:00 p.m., noise levels must be kept to a minimum in all rooms and units. Please also respect quiet hours in the hallways, stairwells, and common areas, avoiding any behaviour that may disturb other guests at the resort, including loud music and loud conversations. Parties are prohibited unless the entire resort is rented out. In the event of a violation of the preceding provision, if the guest has been asked to end the party or gathering and refuses to do so, management is authorised to terminate the stay immediately without any possibility of a refund. If we are unable to contact the guest, a fine of MXN $1,500.00 will be imposed, which must be paid in cash before the day of checkout. Otherwise, a payment request will be submitted through the app.

X. DAMAGE, DIRTY PROPERTY, LOST KEYS
In the event of damage to the property or its furnishings, or if keys are lost, the person responsible must pay for the damage caused. (Cost per lost key: $20). Payments of this type must be made immediately in cash, by credit card, or via a payment link (the person who made the reservation is responsible for these payments). Theft or intentional damage will be reported immediately to the police, and management is authorised to terminate the stay at that time with no possibility of a refund. It is prohibited to engage in any act that causes damage or harm to the property or to other guests, or to engage in conduct contrary to decorum or social behaviour.

XI. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The management does not authorise access to the rooms to any person who has not been previously and expressly authorised by the person who made the reservation and whose information has not been previously shared with the management. Persons acting on behalf of the company or providing services related to the lodging shall have free access to the rooms occupied by guests. In the event that guests are absent for more than twenty-four hours without prior notice to the management, the stay may be terminated or suspended, as applicable, and their luggage may be collected.

XII. ACCIDENTS OR INCIDENTS WITHIN THE HOTEL
The hotel is not liable for any type of accident and/or incident that a guest may suffer within the hotel premises, such as falls, blows, animal bites, among others. Any expenses resulting from such an accident or incident shall be borne by the guest, thereby exempting the management from any legal liability.

XIII. PARKING
Parking services are not available at all AALOJA T properties, only at some of them; therefore, it is the guest’s responsibility to find a safe place to park their vehicle. The adminis
