"The staff was great, absolutely no complaints with them! When I arrived, I was told there was an issue with the water and there was no water for about an hour. I left and came back a few hours later to hear the water was still not available as a second water pipe had burst. Where the water burst, it was in the main hallway and blocking access to the elevators. We hoped this was an easy issue and would be fixed by morning. Fortunately, it was. However, throughout the night we heard loud bangs, someone called my room at 3am only to sit on the other end just saying "hello?" and then randomly hand up. Shortly after that, the heat/cooling unit in the room started making banging sounds (without air, just banging sounds), and then someone yelling outside my door, followed by the terrible smell of marijuana. That first night was so bad that I left the following morning before 9am and found a new hotel to stay at for the rest of my trip. When I informed the front staff about the situation, she stated there was a male staff member that night and only the front desk could call the rooms but was unsure why they would be calling. "

"Everything was excellent, clean, plenty of parking, breakfast plentiful. If I had one complaint it would be the gym does not have weights for women. The lightest was 5lbs and I use 4 lbs for certain exercises but that is more of a personal issue. Place was great."

"Only 2 years old, so everything still smelled new! Room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and accessible. Soap and shampoo provided; no lotions. Breakfast consisted of muffins, fruit and oat bars, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee/tea. "

However, we noted that towel replacement service is not provided, necessitating guests to air-dry towels within their cabins. We recommend bringing additional towels for convenience. This information would have been beneficial to know prior to our arrival, as we found ourselves reusing damp towels. While designated as a "premium cabin," the accommodation is rather compact. Although it met our needs, clearer communication regarding its size would be appreciated. Furthermore, the dining chairs were found to be unstable and uncomfortable, posing a significant inconvenience."
