"I had my worst experience at the font desk, reached at 2.30pm and she denied me checking in and had to wait. Ladies were so rude, management has to give them a special education, how to handle the guests. At the check out asked for my invoice, that was another lady, she said “I cant, ask your third party to provide you the invoice”. Such a rude behavior I seldom see in USA. These ladies need more soft skills in managing the guests. Totally dissatisfied with the disrespectful attitude."

"Staff were friendly and helpful . Room was clean but it was dated . It had everything in it and i had no issues . Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet breakfast was very good . i would stay there again ."

"I came to America's best value inn because I refused to stay at the dump pay less hotel. America's best value inn had a big ice machine,a refrigerator with freezer where I was able to refreez my ice packs for my cooler plus fill my cooler with ice from their ice machine. The AC in my room worked great. Nice big TV with working remote. Plenty of towers,soap, conditioner/shampoo. Comfortable bed. The painting in the bathroom in areas could be better. But this was a huge step up from the dump Expedia AARP travel pay less bump hotel!"
