"Booked this room for just a place to sleep for the night on our way to Florida. The pictures made it look clean and safe enough for that. Wrong. I checked in. The lady at the desk was pleasent and nice. Going back to the car the smell of Marijuana hit me in the face. We sat there for a bit watching the clientele coming and going, giving us a very bad vibe. We decided it was best that we keep driving, despite how tired we were after traveling 12 hours. Again, the lady at the desk was sweet and pleasant. I didn't even care that I couldn't get a refund. "

"They had one working ice machine for all 15 floors. There was super limited parking, and the parking they did have there were hypodermic needle caps in the parking lot all over. "

"The person at the desk was super helpful. The ice machine was broken so he got us some ice. The elevator was broken and being seniors and women he carried our 50lb suitcases up to floor 3. I don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t helped us. It is an old building so can use some repairs but otherwise not bad. I would stay there again if tge elevator worked."

"This is a good spot for those needing a lot of beds. The living areas are a bit small. Make sure to pay attention to the directions the hosts send you as it is a little difficult to find."

"We weren't looking for a plethora of activities but enjoyed all the historical homes we saw which was why we came. The rooms seemed pet friendly, though we didn't bring a pet.The rooms were clean but a few supplies were missing but host brought some things over half way through.Hit a bit of a curve ball when we needed to leave to make an appointment but didn't have any instructions on how to lock up with the key pad provided. We've used some different ones and they all work differently. We contacted the host and she said someone could be there in half an hour. So we had to leave so the house was unprotected for awhile. We were glad to find the place quiet and clean. One disappointment was despite the comfortable temperature of the room, we ended up sweating every night with whatever part of us was touching the bed. Looked into it and found that there's a waterproof cover on the mattress that causes this. If wanting to protect the mattress, a topper would work much better for comfort."
