"The floor for room 219 was so dirty. I stepped out of the shower, walked a few steps and. Optics the bottom of my feet were so dirty. I addressed to the front desk and not even an apology was riven."

"this started with check in. the clerk had no idea what he was doing and royally messed up this reservation. Also they did not know directions to certain places we had to look up on our own. I'm still waiting for my refund as we paid for the room twice. The clerk said the room had not been paid for when in fact it was. Another person in my party had to pay for the room. I was still charged for the room as well."

"The pictures of property and description in Expedia are very misleading Can't stop listing bad experience here. Stinking smoke smell despite being touted as non-smoking floor/room Elevator wasnt working, Property not maintained at all. With dust, leaves everywhere. Power outlet didn't work to charge our phones. bed was broken, AC wasn't working."
