Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The mini split in the game room uses a remote for control. Losing, damaging or breaking the remote will result in a $250 fee for replacement.
$200 additional cleaning fee if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
There is no EV charging permitted at the property. A $50 per night fee will be applied for any EV charging violations.

Absolutely perfect vacation rental! The place was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had the most stunning view of the mountains right from the balcony. We especially loved having coffee out there in the morning while watching the sunrise. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for peace and natural beauty.
