The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and essentials, including an electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and more. Plus, our housekeeping team provides complimentary salt, oil for your convenience. Stay connected with free WiFi throughout the property. Water is from the well and tested every year for safety, for drinking water we have a 4 stage RO filter with a separate faucet in sink. All windows are locked due to cold weather for considerable part of the year and pest and bugs that come in during summer months. Parking is a breeze with space for 5-6 cars, though the garage is reserved for the game room. For added convenience, find laundry facilities behind the kitchen wall, complete with provided detergent.

California Highway Patrol and law enforcement may require tire chains, even for 4-wheel drive vehicles or those equipped with snow tires, during winter and early spring.
