"Staff all very helpful. Good breakfast lots of choices. EV charger played up this was a little bit stressful but it was resolved with a few phone calls. not the hotels fault."

"We travelled to watch the rugby, and didn’t realise quite how close the hotel was to the stadium. The hotel itself was very nice, the staff were friendly and allowed us to store our bags until the room was ready to check in to. The shower is amazingly spacious with good water pressure as this can often be an issue in other hotels. The room was very spacious and clean. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Leicester"

"We stayed in the Windsor suite with the jacuzzi outside and had a lovely stay. The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is very scenic and has a view of the lake. The suite was very spacious and was very well equipped. The restaurant on site offered a wide variety of food to a very good standard. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again."
