    A small house with big potential!
    The Oakes Isle is a tiny space that makes the most out of every inch of space.
    Upstairs you’ll find two full beds and pullout couch, a full bathroom and a closet for your things.
    Downstairs you’ll find a queen room and pull out couch in the living room another full bath and fully equipped kitchen!
    Outside we’ve got a detached garage and plenty of yard space for your animals!
    Other Things to Note
    We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy everything The Oakes Isle has to offer! Pets: We welcome pets, but they must remain safely kenneled in the detached garage. Pets are not permitted inside the house.
    Hot Tub: Please enjoy the hot tub responsibly and follow the provided instructions for a safe and relaxing experience.
    Occupancy & Guest Registration: The maximum number of guests is 8. Our home is priced at a base rate based on the number of guests, so please be sure to include all guests who will be staying at the property on your reservation. The total price may adjust based on the number of registered guests.
