When you open the door you will find a beachy clean interior with a comfortable charm that will immediately make you feel like you are home. 4 wonderful bedrooms (BR1-1K, BR2-1F,1T, BR3-2T, BR4-1K.) complemented by 2 full bathrooms in between provide plenty of space and privacy for everyone. A fully enclosed sunroom provides views of the beach while you play games or relax, and a warm spot to sit and enjoy in the off season. A picnic table and swing await you underneath while you chill out of the direct sunlight, grill, play music and have fun. LVP and tile flooring meet your feet for comfort, a fully equipped kitchen with loads of cabinet space will allow you to save money while making your favorite meals – fresh flounder and shrimp anyone? Ride bikes to the Point, load a paddleboard or kayak in the backwater Sound, throw horseshoes on the beach, surf fish, fly kites, or take advantage of the countless outdoor activities that Oak Island and the surrounding area have to offer.
