"I would give high marks to the staff, however to call this a "resort is a stretch. At best, I would say a basic, functional resort. Two smallish pools, no food or drink (some basics in the lobby), chipped paint on some doors, and AC units that "rattle" (at least ours. On the beach is a plus and nearby cafes. I would conclude that it is somewhat overpriced for what you get in this property."

"Excellent staff from checking in, all through our stay, and checkout! Everything was ready when we arrived, quick and easy! Every staff member greeted with a smile. The staff alone make this the hotel to stay when you're in Port Orange! We had a suite with a separate bedroom. It was clean, and neat. We will gladly stay here again. Only complaint, but for is the bacon was too crispy, and crunchy for us. Otherwise we have no complaints!"

Overall, I would recommend this motel to travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay."

"Our family has stayed here on several occasions. We love being right on Flagler with all the local shops and restaurants, and of course, being a few walking minutes from the beach! The rooms are always clean and spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. A few items during this visit that were not so great: - breakfast until 10am advertised, but unfortunately many items (meats, milk, bread) were depleted at 9:30 on 2 of the 3 mornings we were there. - upon carrying bags to car just before 11am checkout our room keys stopped working at the locked back door. Perhaps this is policy, but a few minutes grace period on expiration would go a long toward ensuring guest satisfaction. Will stay again, but hope some tweaks might be considered."
