"The shower heads don't tilt which makes it difficult to shower but otherwise it was a very nice hotel. Right across from St Mary's hospital"

"Hotel was generally clean, had a full size pool, kids pool, and hot tub which were all working and clean. Staff was very nice. We had to have our key cards reactivated after every use despite being very careful not to have them near phones or smart watches. "

"This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. And we travel A LOT. It’s not the most up to date. But we have stayed here twice and both times, every single corner is spotless. Also, the service is amazing. They also clean the rooms every single day, which since Covid, most hotels don’t anymore. The continental breakfast is small. It does offer omelettes, French toast and sausage. It’s cold and needs to be heated up. But it wasn’t bad tasting. The subway to the hospital is convenient. Always had hot water, air conditioning worked amazing, very quiet…… I have ZERO complaints. "
