The room was very small, poorly lite and furnishing were dark which appeared to be used to hide the uncleanliness. The room smelled like a over chlorinated swimming pool. I will never consider any Quality Inn O'Fallon or elsewhere. My family and I stayed at Drury Hotels 1118 Central park Drive O'Fallon IL 62269. We were very happy with the facility as a whole and the surrounding area shopping/eateries.

The continental breakfast wasn’t what we expected yes it to be, just waffles, oatmeal & toast & yogurt. Jacuzzi wasn’t working, they didn’t come to make up our beds just put towels in the bathroom. Other than that the location was convenient as you have lots of dining and a Wal-Mart across the street.

We arrived around 6:45 p.m. and waited 10 minutes pressing alert buzzer, as well as calling to no avail. The front desk person finally arrived and said she
"did not see anyone enter the buidling". The hotel is very clean and was perfect for our needs (a safe one night stay). We watched several families with elementary age children enjoying the indoor pool. Easy access to I-64 too.

Property was clean and employees were very kind. Check-in was an easy process. Breakfast was good; basic toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Not alot of noise. We will be back if we travel that way again!

This property is underrated. Very clean and is in very good condition. Beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast offerings are limited, only hot option is a waffle grill. Lots and lots of fast food places nearby but no sit down restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Lukewarm showers! Continental breakfast was a very little. 2 cereal choices, yogurt and mini muffins. No juice. Staff had a very strong accent and hard to understand. Lobby very outdated.

Good value for a fast overnight stay while traveling. Breakfast was very limited. They need more selections. Maybe muffins and bagels. Juice dispenser was broke. Coffee was acceptable

We arrived the evening of a snow storm and the driveway and parking lot were never touched. The entrance was extremely icy and no salt was put down. The parking lot and driveway remained in the same condition the following morning as well.

Heater in first room was so loud it sounded like someone was banging on a garbage can with a hammer. I did switch rooms the next day. The second room did not have a security lick. I didn't feel like switching for a second time so i bought a door stop at the Walmart across the street. Beds are really, really hard.
I can say that the staff was very nice and there is a Starbucks adjacent to the parking lot

We have been to this hotel a few times now. It’s convenient and close to the interstate. Decent area and easy to find a variety of restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes.

You get what you pay for
Hotel is outdated. Bathroom was creepy and the light barely turned on. The water pressure was terrible. There were little white tablets shoved in the base of the carpet/wall. Still not sure what they were but they were all over the room. Room was clean, just had an odd smell. No bugs that I could find - I did look all over. Hot tub was closed, wish I knew that before booking. You get what you pay for.
