"Good quality, modern hotel with very friendly staff, with maybe basic but adequate meals and bar, in quiet but maybe somewhat uninspiring neighbourhood. Large supermarket around the corner, free parking in the streets."
"We stayed here as a family. Great location, quiet but close to all the great spots. Room was comfortable and clean and the owners were lovely and gave great advice. Would come again anytime."
"Love the interior design, the staff was super friendly and it was most important (CLEAN), it’s a really small town with almost nothing, we would stay there again. "
"Amazing, beautiful, old hotel. Like staying in a well appointed castle. One of the finest I stayed in during my visit to Spain. The surrounding area was not very scenic, but I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. "
"Cheap hotel with elevator. Small but clean room. The pin to hang the showerhead was broken so had to hold showerhead in hand which is inconvenient. Breakfast is cheap (€4) but it isn't much. Either a croissant or some bread with jam and coffee. Our room was next to the elevator which gave a lot of noise at night. Because of the thin hotelroom door you also hear other guests if they are not super quiet. All in all good enough for an overstop, but I wouldn't want to stay here longer."
"The hotel was easy to get to. The guy at the front desk was helpful and pointed out a nice walking trail and good restaurants. The only problem we ran into was that they weren’t at the desk when we wanted to check-in and then he couldn’t be reached by phone. But after we came back a couple of hours later he was there. "

Dramatic cliffs frame the pristine beaches of O Vicedo, where you can kayak through hidden coves at low tide. Seafood restaurants along the harbour serve fresh pulpo while fishermen bring in the day's catch just steps away.
"Good place to stay in O Barquiero, close to the harbour. Very quiet. Meals available in nearby restaurant run by the same family. Short downhill walk from the train station and quite easy to find"

Cozy Cottage with Magical Garden Overlooking the Beach.
8/10 Good
"Lovely cottage in a perfect village location overlooking the nearby beach, perfect for swimming.
Enjoyed the well tended terraced garden and oudoor eating area.
Stunning cliff walks in the area and nearby towns a source of excellent fish.

"Dirty, that describes it best. Chipped paint, mold on the curtains, dirty floors, holes in the bathroom ceiling, paper thin walls and even thinner pillows. Worst stay I've ever had anywhere."
