"Our stay was amazing! The staff was so nice and welcoming from checking in to check out. My luggage did not make it to the resort and the check in staff(luggage) helped me locate and track my luggage. They delivered it to my room when it arrived. Excellent service and the breakfast was amazing! We will choose to stay again. Thank you for an amazing stay while on vacation in Bali! Hotel was just gorgeous! 10out of 10 would recommend. "The choice of restaurants and the quality and variety of the food was outstanding. The staff were wonderful and helpful. There are so many activities to do and the pools are stunning. The all inclusive plan was excellent for us. It made the holiday so easy and we never got hungry! Even room service was included 24 hours a day! Highly recommend staying at this first class resort."
