"I have stayed a few times now room was tidy , shower may need some attention on grout etc , staff helpful but only feedback breakfast could have been a little better, bacon just cooked ( which some may like) has browns were damp soggy taste, it did the job but was not amazing Overall I like location"

"It was our first time to Hobart, and we decided to stay at Salamanca Terraces due to its location being close to the wharf precinct and free parking facility. We had a studio apartment. The room size was standard - it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is on a small size - the shower is VERY small in comparison to other places we have stayed at. It'd be challenging for some people, we'd imagine. Location is great - close to lots of restaurants, the wharf and supermarket. Important to note for anyone with mobility issues that the entrance to the property is located on Runnymede St which is on a slight incline, so there is a bit of an incline to walk to Salamanca Terraces from Salamanca Place. We were on the ground floor and found it to be pretty quiet. Surrounding areas are beautiful and we had a great time exploring it. Free parking was definitely a big plus!"

"Pay attention when using hotel parking. There is more than one "permit parking" area which is managed by the Council. I mistakenly parked in the wrong area and got a parking fine. Not the hotel's fault. The parking signs are ambiguous so look for specific sign that says "Permit parking - For hotel guests only"."
