"This resort was amazing. The room was spotless every day, all the staff were incredibly kind. Gerado stood out the most to us he was very nice and made sure we were taken care of every day when we were at the pool. I proposed to my now fiancé on this trip and booked a private beach dinner and also had our room decorated and Alejandra made sure everything was set up for that and made the night stress free, she was very kind to us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"Very clean, our ocean front suite was a great size. The staff were incredible. The food was good, even our 6 year old was able to find favorites at each meal. Older resort needing a refresh yes, but it was a fabulous stay and we would certainlynrecommend thisbresort for families. The kids clud was great. Our kido loved it and Africa, the lady who ran it was amazing. "

"Our stay was fantastic and went by way too quickly. The staff were beyond amazing. The best thing about paradise village is the beach. So close to the rooms! Food was great and reasonable. Had an issue with room service our first night but overall it was a great trip."
