The Space:

The condo features two bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, and direct access to a private ocean-view balcony. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom.



Inside, the layout connects the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a laundry room for added convenience. The terrace becomes a natural highlight, opening up to wide views of Banderas Bay and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the day.



Located on a higher floor, the unit offers added privacy and elevated views, within a resort known for its traditional hacienda-style architecture.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the amenities at Villa La Estancia, including a beachfront pool, fitness center, tennis court, as well as on-site restaurants and bars.



The resort maintains a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere with thoughtfully maintained spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Nuevo Vallarta, the residence sits within one of the most peaceful and well-kept areas of Banderas Bay. The beach stretches wide, offering plenty of space for long walks by the ocean, while nearby you’ll find golf courses, marinas, and restaurants featuring both local and international cuisine.



The area also offers activities such as water sports, boat tours, and seasonal whale watching. For a livelier atmosphere, Puerto Vallarta is just a short drive away, with a broader selection of dining, galleries, and nightlife.



Getting Around:

Getting around Nuevo Vallarta is easy and convenient. Most places can be reached by car or private transportation services.



The property is located within a gated development with controlled access and good connectivity to main roads. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive, making arrivals and departures smooth.



Other Things to Note:

As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 21 kW are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.



Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.



Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.



Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning that will be charge separately.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



Interaction with Guests:

You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
