We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Terrace: -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
