"Very nice house, in a great location. This was our second visit to this house, and we hope to come back. It is comfortable, and very well equipped (and we have stayed in a lot of rentals.) Owners are quick to respond to questions. We were there in the fall, but the garage had plenty of beach gear for summer use, as well as bicycles that are available for guests. The fenced in yard is perfect for our dog, and the house is an easy walk to Short Sand Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors (many seem to be year-round) are friendly. York Beach is a nice area to explore, with interesting restaurants and a very nice historical sociery. This is a favorite house in a favorite place. Can't ask for more."

"Cathy was amazing. Location is good 10 min walk to short sands beach . Few so oke things we didn’t like but. Room was tidy and looks fresh . The stairs going up to the third floor had no lights at night time. Have something on the railing device don’t help when trying to hold the step stairs. Ye they didn’t work. No lights on used flashlight. To see that was the only factor they was difficult Tho k it needs a railing on the house die as well for safety . Again Cathy was so amazing. We would come back. Would def want a bottom floor room.."
